Working in events during the Christmas period

To say it was a steady start would be a lie. This period has been full of private functions, Christmas parties and building events. What is really interesting about this period is seeing how companies treat their employees and how they treat me as the host. The function sheet given to me as a host means so much more than charge to invoice/employees will pay for extra drinks. Some companies come during there lunch hour and need to have Christmas dinner within the time limit. Others are supposed to have 30 employees for Christmas dinner and only have 22 show. I’ve really enjoyed hosting these nevertheless.

Crazy Bear Parties are seamless and effortless.

Previously I have hosted Vegas, Vampire Ball and now Christmas Parties. The execution of these events is the same. Although they are so similar it felt unusual to be hosting so many parties in one period. Unlike Vegas and Vampire Ball there were many client number changes and preferences due to the covid circumstances which led to lots of rejigging of the venue to ensure atmosphere. All of these parties would not have be possible without the Crazy Bear team and I am so thankful for them making my experience at the bear. I can’t wait to come back to smash New Year and finally have our own Christmas party!
